Using UltraID3lib in GPL Application

Mr Honnert -

I would like to us ultraID3lib in a web application i am thinking about releasing as gpl on sourceforge. The application as it is being used now has the required license info on the about page. Can I distribute it as part of the application if license information is included on the about page? I confess i don't know much about licenses. The only problem I could foresee is as it a web application with source included anyone could take the required information off the about page (though given my intended audience i would hope that wouldn't happen). Thanks!
