ID3 tags Version 2.4 easy fix?

I'm well satisfied with UltraLIB with the exception of a 2 remaining problems.

I can not use the library to remove (.clear then .write)
an existing ID3 version 2.4 tag. The library will read this file ok (reading what tag versions are available) but throws an exception when trying to clear the tags or trying to write to the tags.

Version '4' is out of bounds which is correct by the rules of UltraLIB but the exception prevents UltraLIB from clearing the tag.

This would seem to be an easy fix in the library.

The 2nd problem is DURATION on poorly encoded files, which I think is not an easy problem to deal with.

So .. I'm voting for a fix to allow existing ID3 version 2.4 tags to be cleared.

My workaround is to write the files in WMP 11 and this will clear any 2.4 tags that might have been present.
